Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria below.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order reference number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, swimwear, and items marked "Final Sale".
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
How to Request a Return
Email us at jaykalyaanenterprise@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order reference number (e.g. JKE123456)
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, mention it in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
