You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return per our Return Policy.
How to Cancel
Email jaykalyaanenterprise@gmail.com with your reference number (e.g. JKE123456) and the subject line "Cancel Order". We typically process cancellations within a few hours during business hours.
Cancellation Window
- Before dispatch: Full cancellation, no charges.
- After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Prepaid Orders
As we currently operate on Cash on Delivery only, no refund is required for cancellations before dispatch.
Failed Deliveries / Refused COD
If you refuse a COD delivery without prior cancellation, repeated refusals may impact your eligibility for future COD orders.

To change size, color, address, or quantity, please contact us at the earliest. Modifications are subject to whether the order has already been processed.
